HELP urgent. downpipe AFE

we have Taken out the old exhaust including the downpipe. Now we cannot get the new in. We have flatted the seam but are not sure if we should flatten the floor pan for more clerance to get it in. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

It would probably help if you say what year you are doing this to and what size dp. On my 04 I had to twist it up and she popped right in.

you dont need to flatten anything to install a new downpipe. we need to know what year truck, what motor ETC. help us help you bud!

I did mine on my 03 by myself my brother flaked on me but that's another story....but I got mine in just take you time move it wiggle it you'll find the sweet spot where it will go right up

it sounds like an OBS truck, sometimes you have to beat the fire wall in a little to get it to work. I say just be patient wiht her and make sure you dont bust somethin up that didnt need to be. It will take a little finesse

hahaha thanks ya'll it is a 95 f250 we had to beat the mess out of the firewall but it went in. What would ya'll reccomend next to put on it for performance. I use it as an everyday driver i can't afford the big stuff that boggs the fuel mileage.

a TW chip, im getting pretty good econ on the daily setting, i havent check mileage on the first tank of keepin my foot out of it
