Exclamation 2004 6.0 No Start, No OBD communication....

Just did head gaskets trying for first start. Ran before work completed. Im a diesel instructor at a high school votech and this truck is an afterschool pulling club. Truck was donated. Students did all work we have a Facebook page dctspulling club. There is a competition today but we cant get truck running.

NEED HELP 717-608-5795 is my cell need this to run for the kids

All Fuses are good!
Had to Ford Dealer and swapped PCM same issue.
Injector buzz present and fuel pump runs. (Was intermittent)
2004 F350 6.0 FICM replaced last year at dealer.

To gentleman that called me thank you! It runs like you said it would, just no diagnostic. I have a new 190 flash for it and I cannot load it.

your welcome but the port will have to be fixed before you can load any kind of program or tune on it sorry.i did nothing really you just hadn't cranked it enought really.but glad you guys got it going.
