Intermitent injector trouble

My 2006 6.0 is missing on injectors at 55-65 but not always same injector every time. Took to dealer thay said thay changed 3 injectors under waranty but still same problem persist. I was an ase gm diesel tech before and tryed to give tech at dealer my too cents worth and he just brushed me off. I have seen injector trouble before when you have a couple of injectors more pressure is placed on the others and problems migrate till all are replaced. This was on mostly 6.5 and Duramax when thay first came out. looking for some input from a Ford prospective. I sold my Duramax after the 6th set of injectors in a year and a half. Dont want the same trouble with the ford. Been told Ford 6.0 has some short commings in the head gaskets and turbo but I am only pulling a 30 foot bumper pull camper with a max weight of 4400 pounds.

dealer made good

Well the dealer head machanic called me last monday. He had another truck that an diesel specialist was coming in to lok at and he wanted me to bring mine in for him to check it out to. Well I thought it was just bs again but I took it downThursday there anyway. This guy was realy sharp we went for a drive with a pc scan tool hooked up and I showed him what it was doing. When we got back to dealer he pulled up the results for the scan before tHE 3 injectors were replaced. He checked output on the injector harness. And we talked about why it only does it at 55-65 mph. He told the mechanics to replace the other 5 injectors and see how it did. He said that nothing showed up to cause the random patern but it was not present in the 3 injectors that were change. Well I picked the truck up Thursday and the machanic and service manager said thay can not explain it but the injectors fixed the problem. Well I have put 250 miles on it since then and sure enough no problems runs great. Hope that is all the problem i will have.

Good, you got it fixed but I was going to say if it did'nt fix it you would have had a valve guide issue. They had problems on the earlier model 6.0L's which the valves would stick & cause erratic patterns on the scanner & make you think you had an inj. concern. The heads or head would have to be replaced as an assembly w/ the valves. If it starts acting up again then go that direction.
