what fits into my 2001 F-350
Will a 7.3l from a 2000 f-250 fit into my 2001 f-350 are there diffrent engines and if there are what modifications have to be done to make it run

Yes the swap will work. Motorcraft.com lists the same long block (LGB376RM) for both applications.

yea, I beleive anything from 99.5-2003 will fit right in

everything should be the same, even the wire connections... i put an 01 engine into my 99 and everything hooked up without any modifications.
