problem is back 00 psd
This past week I posted on here about a flat line alt guage, shift interlock would not release, and the abs light was on. The only code I got was a KAM code and Dave and Vitalidle helped me out and they possiblly thought a low voltage problem. I cleaned the terminals on both batteries and the problem went away till yesterday. It happened three times yesterday and two today. So far the only way the I have been able to fix it, by that meaning the alt guage reads fine, shift int releasse and can pull out of park, and the abs light goes off only after restarted, is to bang on the pcm a bunch of times. Although now that it has done it a lot more times this weekend, I also found out that when I have this problem the dome light dosen't work, neither does the wipers of ww squiters. What the hell could possibly be going wrong that all thoses are realted?? and would the pcm control all those things, even the dome light?? cause why does hitting the pcm a bunch of times fix it. I found a pcm for $100 buck on car-parts but I dont want to spend a benny if its not the prob. I got my heart set on a ground but have no idea where to start on a electrial nightmare. Also I tried to pulling the terminals again to clean them up and when I put the passenger ground back on there was to arc as I touched the battery. Are they run in series or parallel?
Any help is appreciated!!
