97 7.3 Won't Start Hot

Truck starts right up when cold and no issues driving it until it warms up. Once the oil warms up and thins out it loses a lot of power, check engine light comes on with code of p1212 then just quits and dies. Wont start back up until oil gets cold again.

Truck was on a good scanner by a mechanic and tests came back as bad IPR. Brand new IPR put on but still does same thing. Yes there's plenty of oil in crankcase, HPOP res is filling and plenty of LPO.

From all the research ive done it seems to be maybe a bad ICP, injector o-ring leaking, or just a bad HPOP? What seems most probable? And what kind of tests can i do to definitely pinpoint problem?

PLEASE HELP GUYS!

Your gonna have to get a gauge to see IPR duty cycle and a manual gauge to see hpo while cranking when hot. Once we see the numbers we can tell more of what is going on.
