power loss i need help

2000 ford f350 7.3 stock. i recently had a loss of power going down the road pulling an empty 3 car wedge trailer(6k lbs). the truck shows no codes, no check engine light on. i have all new injectors in the truck, new fuel pump, new icp, new ipr, new map, rebuilt computer, new hpop, replaced pickup tube and cleaned screens in the tank along with cleaning the fuel lines, new valve covers, new tps, rebuilt turbo within 6months ebv was deleted, new international up pipes, new transmission and torque converter. pressure regulator seemed good when i took it apart. turbo hoses dont appear to be leaking. it feels like it is not getting enough fuel. when you shut it off it struggles to start. it idles fine, it revs up fine, when you drive it the torque doesnt feel there and the transmission shifts harsh, sometimes at half throttle it delays to shift into overdrive. the harsh shifts are worse at lower throttle than at fuller throttle. it appears to get worse the longer you drive it, or the warmer it gets. i need some help i am at a loss and i have had it at 4 different places, two are reputable diesel shops, and they dont have a clue! i know it is something small that is being overlooked. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time and consideration
