help me please with my obs 7.3

ok so I put a -084 turbo 4" pipe and a 02 hpop new lift pump new injectors new built to the max tranny in my 97 f-250 and headed to CA got here with no problems then the next morning started the truck and it was chugging and smoking. long story shorter I put another motor in and now it's missing smokes white smoke bad if you get on it there is oil in the tail pipe and with the valve covers off you can here compression coming out of the head on the pass. side if I remove the injector plugs 1 at a time #7 does not change the miss at all pull the glow plug out and turn it over lots of compression and raw fuel comes out in a mist even with the injector replaced and unplugged I'm thinking head. but would like help. oh also the Idm is new and so is the valve cover gaskets all glow plugs and relay. please help
