00 f250 with KAM code

I got a 00 with 235k on it. I went out this afternoon and the truck started but the alternator wasnt charging, the abs light was on and it wouldnt release the shift interlock out of park. I got a 603 code which said it was KAM related. I also got a 1000 code. All Data said 603 was KAM realted and to check a bunch of fuses or possible pcm realted. So I checked the pcm, which was lose, I tightened it about two turns til tight and no fix. Then I pulled it out and cleaned it with contact cleaner and also hose out the plug and still same problem. I live in Wisconsin, so Im thinking it might be ground related with the winter salt, but if it is, where the hell do I start with that. Any idea's, thanks.

The alt guage does work, it read a smidge past 9 and then when I stepped on the brake to pull out of park the guage dipped even more.

Just north of Milwaukee, Cearburg to be exact. The truck starts fine, cranks like it normally does

Not sure really how they are related. I would test the alternator with a volt meter and see if its putting out voltage first. Sometimes the kam code comes up from the batterys being disconnected as well.
