Rear ended vehicle with my 6.0 excursion having engine issues

I totaled a Buick with my 05 4X4 Eddie Bauer 6.0 powered Excursion. The worst I THOUGHT had happened, was a hole being poked in the A/C condenser. I actually drove it home with no issues. Two days later, the "Check Engine" light came on. I was almost a gallon low on coolant BUT, there were no visible leaks. I topped the coolant off (to the correct MAX level.) & it began building pressure, spewing coolant out of the Degas Bottle Cap. I put the UPDATED cap on & the same thing keeps happening. I also have an EGR DTC (p0104) as well as two that only occurred ONCE apiece. (P0204, P0244) neither of which I am sure are. My problem is. WHATEVER it is that needs to be replaced or fixed, the insurance company is saying they will NOT cover, unless there is undeniable proof, it was caused by the wreck!! Well, I have explained to the adjuster (Who wants pics of what is wrong or broken, BEFORE it is disassembled for repair.) that there were NO problems prior to the killing of a Buick & that within 48 hours of the wreck, it CANNOT be a coincidence.... HELP! Has anyone else had this happen to them?
