246 eot!! new cooler!! what now?

Hi Guys, Did full build, new everything, including oil cooler. only a bad delta while towing, its a 8000lb trailer,,, should that be as normal to see 246 eot at times with ect 210 like the owner of the shop is telling me? He says mine will sweat it out? does my truck have the flu? I just paid him $5,000. Where do I get antibiotics for my F350? I think I need another cooler? any thing else it could be besides the diesel flu?

You need to find a new mechanic and a new oil cooler. $5000 for a oil cooler rebuild?? Your joking right?
