Early 99...NO POWER!!!

Here's the deal, i have n early 99 with a diy intake, fps, straight pipe and updated ecu with wildman 4 position chip. Truck was running great. Went into the store came out started the truck and it ran like $hit! Like it was backfiring through the intak and puffing smoke. I have removed the chip and newer computer and put the old one back in to start over. The truck now idels smoth like it use to. My problem is i can't build any power! The orginal ecu has a superchip set on tow safe. I have pulled codes and it only shows the intake heater code which i alread know about. ANY IDEAS???

THANKS
