Please help

Hello every one. New to the board and to the powerstroke platform. I'm a mechanic and have been for my whole life. I ran into some problems this weekend on a truck I just bought. I was doing te egr delete and rebuilding the turbo while it was out everything went well and when we started the truck it started fine ( I jumped the starter relay 3 or for times to prime turbo) once I plugged the vane solenoid on te turbo it started making a noise that almost sounds like a squealing belt. Un plug it it goes away. Second issue is it randomly started missing and coming up with #1 contribution code. I have pulled the turbo out again and double checked everything and there is no contact what so ever on the hot side. The vanes and ring all are clean and move freely. Any help would be awesome so I don't have to explain to my wife that I broke a perfectly running truck. The truck has 200k with 10k on the injectors if that helps any.

Update. Found one bad injector and one injector that was dropping out occasionally. Replaced both injectors now truck has extremely long crank and still runs rough at idle and all temps. Borrowing scan tool from work tonight any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks I did fix the squeal it was an exhaust leak it only took me having the turbo out 5 times to figure it out. I did get pretty fast at it brought scan tool home and found 1 was still not contributing as much and occasionally 4 as well it took a very crank to finally start with both batteries at full charge and ficm volts never dropping below 48v. icp was 570 at idle.

Got home and tried to fire it up. Cranked for a very long time. Unplugged the icp and fired right up! Does this mean faulty icp or internal leak?

icp s showing false reading so the ipr is opening while your trying to start it.when you un plug icp it tells the computer that it's seeing 12-1300 psi and will let the truck start.
