Odd Noise

New to the forum. I have had my 2000 PSD for a few months now. The other day it started making a very weird noise. I checked the turbo and it didn't seem to have any play or marks indicating it was going bad. This video was taken when the belt was removed from the truck so I know it's not a pulley. Need to get my truck going for work. Any idea would be great. Click the thumbnail to watch the video.

Yes it's that loud. That video was taken with the windows down.

Tracked down the source of the noise today with the hell of a buddy pretty familiar with the 7.3.....bad passenger side manual locking hub.

Now I'm waiting for a replacement and have a sweet 2wd truck!
