2000 7.3 Rough Idle Blowing Smoke

The truck was running fine 3 hours ago when i came home from work but i just went out to drive it and now its idling rough and blowing what appears to be black smoke. It sounds like it is misfiring and the sound doesnt change with increased engine speed and there are no check engine codes. I havent attempted to drive it so i can't speak as to its power output. I need the truck so any help is greatly appreciated

I'm having the same problem . Mine won't fire the #8 injector under 1500 rpms, and blows black smoke if I get on it. I made up a wiring harness with toggle switches for each injector so I can turn off each injector to pin point the bad one. I'm leaning toward #8.
