00 7.3 psd. Rough idle after warming up

Hey guys! I've got a 00 7.3 just put new single shot injectors and hpop in. Bleed the system before start up, started up and one the engine got up to temp it started running rough. I've been reading other post on here and one said crack the fuel bowl drain while running and see what happens, we'll I did and it smooths out! What to do now? I also have changed the IPR valve on the HPOP

i would drive it , id say you have air in the hpop system . it will affect #7 or 8 and cause the rough idle

I've put about 150 miles on it. Checked fuel pressure today and I have 59 psi idling and when I'm on the throttle is goes down to 52 psi. I'm stumped. Although swamps diesel say it could be the programming on my TS chip that they changed so they are sending me a replacement to try, fingers crossed
