runs poorly cold

Hello everyone I have a 1994 f350 tow truck with 100,000 miles when the truck is cold it will not get out of it's own way . once it warms up it runs fine. now that winter is upon us while driving the truck will begin to slow as the temp gets lower all maintenece has been done to the hill all sensors are fine the truck is as clean as new. anything that is questionable has been replaced. any help would be of great help Thanks

Welcome to the site! And check your hpop levels, and make sure your oil is the correct viscosity, and clean.
