911 7.3 LOSS POWER DIES

OK i was on my way to pick up my son and going down the road i noticed the truck had a slight miss almost unnoticable reved it up white smoke came out of tail pipe and then boom no power and it just completly shuts down and now when you try to start it it starts but just really really bad lope to it and when you give it fuel it does absolutly nothing also before it took a dump there was a really wierd grinding noise... what is this any help would work thanks in advance

no none i havent done anything to it

very possible turbo came apart and run it low enough on oil to cause the engine to shut down , that might have been what the grinding noise was, and i dialed that number and was told it was the wrong number
