2000 f250 #1 #2 injectors not working PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hey guys so i have a problem with this truck i just put new injector cups and stage 1 ffd single shot injectors in along with a ts 6 pos with beans tunes, also replaced glowplugs and uvch but still rough idle and no power, puled valve covers off again unhooked injectors 1 by 1 found #1 and #2 arent firing, ive tried everything the icp is good the ipr is good i cant find any loose wies or connecters anywhere frankly im exhausted with this truck any advice would be greatly appreciated

New Injectors, New UVCH connectors, next would be the IDM I'd think...

Can you get it on a good scanner (not a cheap, generic, OBD-II) and perform a Buzz Test and let the IDM resolve further codes? THAT would be the best step to take now. If not, borrow an IDM from somebody for a quick check (you can try almost any one of them, from a 7.3, as a test).

was the problem there before you replaced these parts?

The only problem I had before was injector cups the truck only started doing this after I pulled the old chip and ran it with stock tuning down to my neighbors.(half mile down very bumpy dirt road)

And no haven't had it on a scanner broke my multi meter. So have to wait to borrow my buddies then I'm going to ohm everything at the idm harness plug

well, if the problem weren't occurring before the parts were changed, chances are it's something to do with what you changed.
i would swap the 1 and 2 injectors with another pair that you have installed. see if the problem follows the injectors

I did that and it did follow the injector, so im going to start cheking wiring again and see what i can't find

update my brother (diesel mechanic) said his boss is having the exact same problem with his truck they changed harnesses (entire harness from idm to injectors)they tried a new idm but still no change, they finally discovered that it was the fuel pump on the frame wasnt putting out enough pressure to feed all the injectors, so tomorrow i am going to replace the fuel pump and hopefully hat is it.

Wait you swapped the injectors around and then they still didn't fire? Then its the injectors, not the harness......if you swapped 3 and 4 for the 1 and 2, and then 3 and 4 now don't work, then its your sticks. You bought these new I am assuming?

no injectors 1 and 2 work in cylenders 3 and 4 and vise versa so it has to be a wiring problem i would assume, sorry i worded my other post wrong it has been a ong couple days
