Loud knocking on passenger side after H&s mini maxx installed

Hey everyone, I'm an auto mechanic but new to the diesel world. I installed a H&S mini maxx with full deletes yesterday, install went great and drove awesome. This morning I went out and warm the truck up to go to work, on the drive there a slight knock started and as I drove it got much louder. I pulled over, checked oil and coolant and couldn't see any red flags. Here's the symptoms:
- there is NO noise at idle, runs smooth as ever until 1400 RPM
- NO check engine light or pending codes
- NO loss of power or hesitation
- NO smoke or anything abnormal coming from the exhaust
- The noise is very loud sounds a lot like a gasser Rod knock
- Sounds like it is coming from the passenger side

Any help would much much appreciated as I don't even know where to Start as this is my first diesel.

The truck is an early 2008 F250 6.4 with about 118k on it

Also engine pitch greatly differs between park and drive at idle. I have a video if it'll help
