Mystery 06 6.0

f 550 6.0 starts and run good won't start when warmed up has new ipr injectors are good presurized hp oil lines and could not find a leak, i'm getting sick of fooling around with this thing and could use some help!!!

It has an HPO leak if it's not starting when warm.

finding it has been an issue, stand pipes are good presurized system and found nothing, its in there somewhere but where

Dummy plugs or STC fitting. Have you removed the ICP sensor and applied air to the system with the IPR commanded closed?

it's not indefinite that it's an hpo issue yet. could be any number of electrical issues among other possibilities.
confirm first. you need to monitor icp when the problem is occurring.
have you at least scanned for codes yet? use a device capable of reading manufacturer specific codes. use this same device to monitor icp

This thing has been scanned and rescanned new crank sensor new cam sensor, the motor is a reman long block that they put all of the original equipment back on I've replaced 4 injector the rest look fairlyy new

I have put air to it and can't find a leak stc is coming out today this truck runs mint everything on it is new reman just won't start when warm

it sounds like the only testing performed has been a leak check and scan for codes.
it's not that difficult to find. just recreate the problem and check your parameters when it is occurring. check icp when the problem occurs. start there
