Are you able to get ahold of someone with autoenginuity? That will narrow it down. Since you replaced alot of the big parts, it should be something fairly simple.
When breaking it down that far, it will take forever to prime the oil rails while cranking. It will sound kinda stupid while it is turning over. If the system is primed up and still won't start, try unplugging the ICP sensor on the passenger side valve cover. If it fires up, replace the ICP sensor.
