Rough Idle 7.3

HI Guys
I have a 99 f-250 that has a rough idle. I was looking at previous threads and noticed that there are a lot of problems with the ICP. I have an edge EZ module plugged into it right now so I went out and unplugged it to eliminate the chip. Truck runs like a champ now but I noticed that in the connection on the ICP there was oil. Is this a bad ICP allowing oil into the connection? Would this cause a rough idle? Or do the edge modules suck?
Thanks for the input in advance

Some programs control the ICP and at idle they run a little
rough. Hope this helps

I have had problems with a previous module. I sent it back and they warrantied it. I think this one is wigging out too and it is still under warranty. I might end up going with bullydog. But does the oil in the ICP mean I need to replace that as well?

If you can blow it out and see if it fills back up if it does then replace it.
