injector repair

can any one tell me a step by step process on pulling the injectors on a 95 7.3 gonna have to replace o rings myself also on changing glow plugs

I'm in the same boat. '95 7.3L

I also need advice on changing o rings. Diesel shop wants $450.00 to change injector o rings. I do have a tid bit on glow plugs. After my buddy busted his knuckles changing the glow plugs, that still looked new after 150,000. He figured out a bad battery was causing all the problem.

Here are some instructions. I didnt follow these exact ones when i replaced mine but they should work.
