LOPEY IDLE, SPUTTER, ENGINE DIES, THEN RUNS FINE

Hey guys...i need this resolved quick (before work at 5am) Posted also in the 99-03 Engine problems.

Started up my truck at work today getting ready to leave. 5pm and 32degrees...truck was run at 1130 for lunch and ran beautiful. After about 10 minutes of warming up i noticed it sputtered a little bit, then smooth out. i began to drive home (meanwhile it was snowing and construction most the way home)

While driving it would start to sputter and sometimes just die, Sputter bad then lope heavy, or if i put it in neutral it would just die. start it about 10 times where it would lope then shut off. checked all my connections, and even tried unplugging the ICP. still ran like crap. After wiggling things and leaving it off for a bit it would start fine and run fine for a few minutes to get me closer to home

It does throw an SES light when it does this but i do not have a scanner here. ANY IDEAS?! thanks guys!

Check your fuel pickup screen in the tank. Mine was clogged causing the truck to run fine for about 10-15 miles then it would start shuddering, would shut down, then it would start back up after sitting a while. Then the whole process would happen again. 2002 7.3 PSD

Pulled my tank, cleaned the screen and took the tank to have it professionally cleaned. 10K later she runs like a top.
