When batteries are low and it won't crank, your tach will jump all over the spectrum. Take these batteries out and have them tested. If they are old and one is bad, get 2 new ones, not one.
If the other battery goes out shortely, you could and will fry your voltage regulator and be buying a new alternator. Don't ask me how I know this ...

Fixed

Alright, its running after a good charge on the batterys, sitting for a week in 100 degree heat probably drained them good. the new blue cps made it alot quieter I think. Well no duramax for now, the powerstoke is alive again

Have those batteries tested! If one is bad, they won't take a full charge but your voltage regulator will keep trying untill it smokes itself!
Did you seperate the batteries and give them a good 20 hours each to charge seperately? If not, you didn't charge them right.
