06 6.0 white smoke

I've got an 06 F250 and I was pulling a camper friday and almost got stuck ever since then its been white smoking, it runs fine the same as before just with white smoke. Sometimes It'll do it a little bit while idleing but not much. It mostly does it when I take off from a stop. What do yall think it would be I'm thinking head gaskets or egr? Trying to figure out the best way to figure which one it is??
