7.3 crate engine

Hello, first of all I want to say what an awesome site!! I'm in the market for a new 7.3 powerstroke engine, since my 2000 ford just went out. My question would be, can i buy a complete engine for my truck? I'm a rig welder, so I carry my lincoln machine, steel bed and loaded. It will be my daily driver, will be used hard on tough terrains and pull my fifth wheel from time to time and be idling for many hours. I won't be racing or anything like that, but would appreciate something reliable for years to come with more power than stock 7.3. If so who do you guys recommend for a high performance engine, or a remanufactured engine from the dealership be a better choice? Can't find a new one, are they still available?? Thanks in advance.

I have no experience or anything with them but check out the Black Mamba 7.3 it is a crate engine that you can order at different power levels. Looks pretty sweet I like the 400hp/800tq crate engine they offer. I havent looked at them in awhile but I think that was the numbers they were putting out

Hello, thanks for the reply! I saw them while searching for a crate, tried calling them but phone number doesn't work? Are they still in business? Seems like a good engine with a fair price, has anybody has any input on them, or any other business for that matter? Thanks.
