95 7.3L will NOT start. HELP PLEASE!

About a week ago i decided to replace the power steering box and the o rings for the engine oil cooler. That all went smoothly no issues. I put the truck back together filled it with oil and coolant. Started the truck to let it run so the coolant would go through the motor.

While it was idling it almost stalled out twice but didnt. I shut it off and went back to top it off with coolant then started it again. It only idled for 10 seconds then stalled. Started it back up and it idled for 5 seconds then stalled again. Havent got the truck to start since.

I've had multiple diesel mechanics look at it to no avail. I've replaced the cps, fuel pump, fuel filter, replaced a blown 30A fuse in the power distribution box.

The truck will crank and crank and crank but no fire. The bowl is filling it just seems like no fuel is getting to the injectors. No smoke while i'm cranking either.

Help?

is the wait to start light coming on?
does the tach move while cranking?
which fuse did you change and has it blown again?

How do you tell "no fuel is getting to the injectors" from the injectors aren't firing (like the IDM isn't putting out)?

This is classic "scanner time"...

You're either gonna just be taking shots-in-the-dark, or throwing-parts at the problem without the basic information that would point you where the problem is.

Buzz test the IDM, find out what the HiPres oil system is doing, and are you sure it's cranking fast enough? ->
