Hard Start and When its Running Burning Alot of Oil

I have a 2000 F250 7.3 with 148k miles, has had a new turbo, new injectors, new glow plugs about a year and a half ago, its having harder starts than normal, but when it starts it sounds like it is running fine, doesnt seem to have any loss of power, but burning alot of oil and is smoking out the exhaust pipe and smells like burning oil. Anyone have any ideas whats going on? Anything will help, I have owned several powerstrokes and a bunch of cummins, but confused.
