Help! No start, no buzz
I'm working on a customers truck. Did an egr delete on it. Got it all back together and all it would do is crank. Good icp ect... No injector buzz. I had no ficm v until I started wiggling wires around on the injector harness. Then the injectors would start buzzing. After a ton of cranking and dieing it started. Went and drove it had a huge miss. The whole truck would shake when you lug it. And no power. Shut it off back at the shop. It started right up again. This morning. All it will do is crank. Have 48v ficm v but no buzz.? Help!!!

Sounds like either your FICM harness(es) might be either loose or the logic side of the FICM took a dump on you. Try playing with the harnesses and if that doesn't work than swap the FICM with a known good complete FICM and see if it buzzes and starts.

Advanced auto gave me half the board. It fired right up twice after installation. Now no injector buzz again and no start

Take it back and buy a full ficm from your local international dealer.
