97 PSD want fire

was driving along and my truck randomly shut down and when i tried to restart it, it would just crank crank crank and not fire, no wts light would come on either


pulled the truck back home, and started looking around and noticed that the fuse to the fuel bowl heater was blown replaced the fuse the wts light came on for a split second then shut off and blew the new fuse, read around the net and saw about disconnecting the fuel bowl heater and replacin the fuse and it should fire up, well did this and the wts light acted like normal and then i tried to crank it back over it would just crank crank crank again
