fuel filter spitting fuel leak HELP

I am busted broke and now my 01 PSD is spittign fuel from filter. Replaced filter thought it was damaged. The new one is leaking like mad. Any one know the problem of fix? I am beat, need some help.

O ring positioned right? Old o ring taken out?
Two piece or one piece filter?

Also, I understand you got issues, but it's not gonna help your cause posting 5 threads like that.

Sorry about the multi post.

Yes. Place the new o rings on. Placed the one on the Bowl with bevel (pionted side up toward cap) flat side down on bowl. How tight should it be on?

Old filter started leaking from filter cap, so changed it for new one was time. Can't seem to get it on with our leaking??

Should be basically tight until it stops turning.
