bad coolant leak

Guys I need some help bad. I have a bad coolant leak from passenger side wheel well. Thought it was Egr cooler or head gasket but now im not sure. After I did new injectors I would sometimes get white smoke until truck was warm. On my way home one day truck got hot put 2 gallons in and drove 6 miles home. Next morning degas bottle empty. Put a gallon in and drove 10 miles to work. Parked and could just watch it drip from bottom of wheel well for a long time. After finding no evidence of leaking on motor pulled glow plugs for possible hydrolock. Not much came out mostly if not all oil. Then I notice I forgot to plug in a little gray hose to my heater control valve after injectorI replacement Been driving like that for a week. Could that be my culprit. Top of the wheel well shows white coolant residue. Got some pics of everything I too if that will help.

Its a 04 6.0 f250
