7.3 dies / hard starting after replacing injector seals

Help Please

I pulled the injectors and replaced the seals - Ran fine for 30 miles -test drive - after sitting for a couple hrs. wouldn't start with out a lot of cranking. - after sitting a few more hrs. - startted up and idled for about 5 min. then died - It went back to the orig. behavior of lots of cranking?

Any thoughts - Trying to get on the road to ND.

after 4 or 5 spurts and idling, l let it set overnight and in the morning started it for grins - It ran adn continued through the morning ok. Left for North Dakota. no problem - starts fine down through -9 deg. as long as it is plugged in at night - No idea why the initial hard starting and dying. Any thoughts are welcome

mine did something similar when my injector o-rings needs replaced.
