0 icp pressure
I am working on a 2005 6.0. it was a no start with low icp pressure 400psi. i instaaled a bullet proof diesel kit installed witch I have done many of. after installing kit along with a reman hpop, icp reg and new head tubes I still have a no start but now i have 0 icp pressure and after removing the sensor i can see i have no oil in oil manifolds. i do have flow to the hpop res. my command pressure on my scanner is fine but my icp voltage is .24v

How long have you spun it over? After having the high pressure oil system open it will take quite a while before it pumps oil up to the high pressure resevoir. Also will take a while to fill oil rails and the rest of the motor. If you have spun it over long enough and still have none i would make sure the ipr is working correctley and that the base oil pressure regulator is not hung open (if it were it would not create any oil pressure.

0 icp pressure
I have cranked it for quite a while. the last one i did took a bit but this one doesnt seem to go. after about 3 battery charges i still have 0 pressure on the scanner and no oil in the manifold. you would think it would at least show low pressure. i do have oil flow going into the hpop resv through the hose from the grill mounted cooler from the bullet proof kit

i have never installed one of those kits before so i dont know what all is involved. When spinning it over does the gauge on the instrument cluster ever show oil pressure?
