97 F350 7.3 glow plug relay

Greetings
can any one tell me where the glow plug relay is located?

I have a 97 f350 7.3 the wait to start light will not come on. I have unpluged the fuel heater and replaced fuse #22 under the hood. tried a different PCM and a different ICM. the truck still will not start.

Any help or suggestions would be appericiated.
Thanks
Jack

The relay is next to your fuel bowl but I don't think thats you problem the wts is fed from the pcm on it's own it sounds like you pcm is not getting power I would re check your fuses to start

Correct there is a big plug and a black cover on the fire wall down in the rigght corner if your standing in front of the truck looking at the brake booster you pull the 1 bolt in the center of the plug 10mm I think remove the plug and there are 2 more bolts on the cover the ecm will slide out I think you may have to loosen the inter finder but I can't rember for sure
