97 F350 7.3 glow plug relay
Greetings
can any one tell me where the glow plug relay is located? I have a 97 f350 7.3 the wait to start light will not come on. I have unpluged the fuel heater and replaced fuse #22 under the hood. tried a different PCM and a different ICM. the truck still will not start. Any help or suggestions would be appericiated. Thanks Jack

The relay is next to your fuel bowl but I don't think thats you problem the wts is fed from the pcm on it's own it sounds like you pcm is not getting power I would re check your fuses to start

How are you checking fuses?
I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

Rechecked all fuses with a volt meter..all are good. another question.. is the pcm the box on the drivers side firewall? what is the black box behind the glove box...either way I replaced both with another one..

The box on the finder is the idm the box behind the glove box controls the wipers or somthing the ecm is in the firewall by the idm it's actually behind the park brake

a pic would help. you refer to the ecm is this the same as the pcm? if so I did not change that yet...how do you get it out?

Correct there is a big plug and a black cover on the fire wall down in the rigght corner if your standing in front of the truck looking at the brake booster you pull the 1 bolt in the center of the plug 10mm I think remove the plug and there are 2 more bolts on the cover the ecm will slide out I think you may have to loosen the inter finder but I can't rember for sure
