2003 7.3 wont start

no istrument lights no glow plug symbol no odometer cranks over but wont start ran yesterday. new battery passenger side changed because of bad cell.

Sounds like your computer (PCM) isn't running. Never gonna start if it's not. Look at the fuses first. If #30 then unplug your Fuel Heater in the bottom of the filter bowl before you replace it. If #45 look under the column cover to see if the OD switch wires are shorted.

Check them ALL carefully though, I'd bet you find something blown...
