1995 7.3 engine cuts out then runs fine intermittenly

My neighbor has a obs 7.3 and it burnt the uvch, vcg and pigtails. I replaced all of those and the engine ran fine for a day. Now it will idle fine for a few minutes, then the CEL will come on and miss on 1 or 2 injectors, after 20-30 seconds it will come to life and run on all 8 and it will continue to keep switching back and forth like that. I checked all the connections and they are all good and tight. Would a bad icp sensor or ipr cause something like this? Tomorrow im goin to swap my idm with his to see if that may be the cause. Anyone else experience anything like this?
