96 7.3 Wont start! please help

So I have a 96 7.3 f-250 4x4 with 225k on it, Was headed out to go hunting and took my Edge chip off the race mode and turned it back to tow mode for the trip over the mountains. I followed all procedures just as the directions say and like I have done before with no problems. However now my truck will not start.

After doing the chip I went to start it and the motor would just crank over, but the "Wait To Start" light stays on and will not turn off, it ALWAYS turned OFF before, why would my light stay on? I have fuel and fuse #22 is ok, I even replaced it to be sure. What should I start with? I do see the WTS light is kinda blinking and when it does blink I hear a slight clicking under my dash on the drivers side near that fuse panel. Thanks in advance for your help.

Also pulled I did not pull any codes.
