6.0 cranks for only 2 seconds

2004 6.0 king ranch with edge attitude.
Only cranks for about a second or 2 and acts like the batteries are dead. The edge reads that the batteries are about dead 12.4 before crank then drops down to about 7. Batteries are new and are fully charged but it looks like the power isn't getting to the engine. Anyone heard of this

mine would crank and showed good voltage, but i went to advanced got them tested and both were at only 320 CCA, go get them tested and charged overnight

definitely get the batts charged and tested dropping to 7 volts is a bad thing for lots of other electronics on this truck specially the FICM
,, it still may be a starter issue drawing too many amps due to an internal issue but MY $ is on batteries

Starter was the problem. Replaced it and everything is perfect now
