05' 6.0 Steam out the exhaust

Engine has 74K miles only used for vacations. Thinking the EGR Cooler is leaking. Steam stops after the engine is well warmed up. Coolant does go down and needs topping off regular. Gotta get it going for a 5000 mile trip. Best advise please - no time to waist. I have 4, 7.3's and never this kind of problem !

Because 7.3's dont have egr coolers.

Heres the short and sweet answer:

Flush cooling system, install new factory ford oil cooler and install EGR delete and be done with it.

If you continue to drive it like this, its only a matter of time before your head bolts and gaskets give up.
