2005 Excursion - Won't start, then starts, then won't...

It's done it again, but this time with the heater on - the vehicle burped, and now will not start. It was doing this before with the AC on, but when I turned the AC off, it started all the time until today...

The irony is that I need the truck to go to work in two days, and I'm not sure what to do.

There was a bit of 'clicking' in the environmental controls, and it has done this before - sounds like a bad relay... I checked for shorts, got not sparking off the batteries, and I did a hard reset of the truck (both batteries out for 20 minutes) and it still won't come back...

Really would appreciate some input here, this is driving me nuts!!!
