Screwed the pooch on my ECM!

Hi guys, I was messing with my chip(Diablo Predator that came with the truck) to try a different programmer, got distracted, and pulled my chip with the ecm still hooked up and the keys in the ignition. So yea ECM is toasted and not communicating as confirmed with local Ford dealership computer.. I've scoured salvage yards close to me, ebay, napa, and even hit up a couple tuners(Dp, DI) to figure out how to make the fastest recovery. The best deal seems to be having a salvage broker ship one in or a ebay one that comes pre-flashed because I'd prefer to not go through the hassle of getting my truck towed to the dealership($) to get it flashed. A friend told me to post up here so I am asking you all if there is any help or advice on the way to go about this.

I have a 2000 CC 4x4 7.3 6sp.
My ECM is DAC3 in the DPC-421 family
