early 99 no drive codes , but self test codes?

I have a early 99 7.3 truck missing at idle 4 injectors replaced. Runs and drives good no CIL codes. doing self test after intsalltion get 4 codes. 1272, 1273, 1275 and 1278 all of them are on cylinders with new alliant injectors.
replaced uvch's and gaskets. retested about 5 times even tried a different scanner same codes. Could these be false? Anyone else had this experience before?
