need help!!

hey everyone i have a 94 f350 powerstroke dually that i just bought it has 200xxx on it and is a 5spd with a ts 6pos. intake and exhaust its been running fine till today when i started it up it was fine then 10secs after that it stared running rough like choppy idle and trying to take off its crappy idk whats wrong with it any insight would help like things i should check
