how much fuel flow????

With the filter out, my fuel bowl fills slowly... Probably 7-10 seconds to fill it.

What do you think?

With the filter Out, and that spring-loaded platform at the bottom pushed Up, you have closed the inlet somewhat (to prevent you from actually driving without a filter in there) so, it's not really a good test of your fuel delivery....

Put it back together, empty the bowl with the yellow water drain lever, put a hose on the outlet pipe (steel line, over the top of the pass tire, against the motor) and run it into a container. THAT will show you what the pump is capable of delivering to the filter housing
