03 6.0 powerstroke no power
I have A 03 f-450 6 spd it has no power going down the road. Truck starts and idles great. It revs very slow in neutral and wont rev past 2800-3000 rpms. turbo has been checked and is good. It does build boost. If you have any answers pls help me out. And the truck has no codes
