Help, 6.0 runs great, then wont restart
 My 2005 6.0 runs great, then wont restart after about 20 cycles of driving. Sometimes this will last 1 hour, sometimes it will last 2 attempts at starting...please help

Need to check codes. Sounds like a stuck egr to me. if the egr is sticking you might not throw a code.
Do you have a monitor for live data? Ficm voltage? There are a lot of post on here about Ficm voltage issues and stuck egr. Good luck.
