6.0 from ****? Sounds like someone needs some maintenance along with knowledge first.
That is a high ECT/EOT delta. Oil cooler possibly. How high is the coolant level when cold in the degass bottle? About 1/4" below min is new max. |

Oil cooler will NOT cause puking. Cracked EGR cooler or blown head gaskets will. A cracked oil cooler will leak oil into the cooling system.
If you have an EGR delete your looking at a head gasket job. Get ready. |

I've been haveing problems this truck since bought used last nov. has 210, on it now
open for sugestion/ advice on what to do. 1. Should I do head gasket job with a solution kit 2. Find used motor up grade it befoe install 3. Buy crate motor all ready done up Thank you |

I would have said EGR and oil cooler. If EGR Delete is good, have heads checked for cracks when you do the gaskets.

do an EGR delete and more than likely you will be doing head studs...
EDIT: and with oil temps reaching 230 replace the oil cooler while your in there. |

oil cooler was first thing went out on truck cost me $3,200.00 @ ford house done in jan. this yr. I aready put to many miles since for it to be coverd by waranty and egr went out in april installed delete my self . I've just orderd a complete solution kit sinister thanks for advice
